Manchester United and Manchester City last met in May in the FA Cup final, when Pep Guardiola’s City side won 2-1 to move one step closer to their historic treble. However, the Red Devils were victorious in this fixture last season, ending a run of three defeats to their arch-rivals, which included heavy 1-4 and 3-6 losses.
At Anfield, Liverpool take on a Nottingham Forest side who caused them problems in the 2022/23 campaign. Forest pulled off a famous home victory over Jurgen Klopp’s team before narrowly losing a five-goal thriller on Merseyside. Elsewhere today, West Ham host Everton, Luton travel to Aston Villa and Brighton take on Fulham.
