City have won their past 12 Premier League meetings with the Gunners, including a 3-1 victory in this fixture last term, a result which proved crucial in their title defence as Pep Guardiola’s side held off Arsenal’s challenge to retain the Premier League title.
Elsewhere, Brighton host Liverpool at the Amex Stadium, there is a Midlands derby between Wolves and Aston Villa, and Newcastle travel to the capital to take on West Ham United.
