Gary Lineker presents highlights and analysis of the latest round of Premier League games, with Manchester City welcoming Nottingham Forest and Burnley hosting Manchester United.
Last season, new boys Forest were given a rude awakening to life in the Premier League when they were beaten 6-0 at the Etihad Stadium in August with Erling Haaland scoring a hat-trick. However, Steve Cooper’s side had found their feet in the top flight by the time the reverse fixture came around and they held the champions to a 1-1 draw.
Burnley have beaten Manchester United just twice since 1968, but both were memorable occasions. In 2009 Robbie Blake’s brilliant volley gave them a 1-0 victory; then, in 2020, goals from Chris Wood and Jay Rodriquez helped the Clarets claim three points at Old Trafford for the first time for 58 years.
Other games include Brentford versus Everton and a London derby between Crystal Palace and Fulham.
