Mark Chapman introduces extended highlights of the day’s four Premier League matches, headlined by the north London derby between Arsenal and rivals Tottenham.
Spurs’ sole league victory at the Emirates Stadium came back in 2010 and they were soundly beaten again there last season. However, new manager Ange Postecoglu has instilled a fresh optimism around the club. Despite now being without Harry Kane – the all-time top scorer in this fixture – they will make the short trip down the Seven Sisters Road with renewed belief that they can pick up a rare and precious win.
Elsewhere, Liverpool welcome West Ham to Anfield, there is a south coast battle between Brighton and Bournemouth at the Amex Stadium, while Newcastle travel to take on Sheffield United and Chelsea host Aston Villa
